Walk For Wishes
The morning of Sunday October 19, 2025 at Busse Woods in Elk Grove Village may have been a little on the wet side. But that did not dampen the enthusiasm of The Autobarn Subaru team as we once again joined Make-A-Wish for their annual Walk For Wishes Event. More than two dozen staff and family members joined in the walk to raise funds and awareness for the courageous wish children living with critical illnesses in Illinois. We also took the opportunity to present our Share The Love Event donation of more than $45,000!
Share The Love
Autobarn Subaru of Countryside was thrilled to partner with Make-A-Wish Illinois to surprise local Make-A-Wish child, Goel, with a wish reveal celebration as part of the Subaru "Week of Wishes" initiative. We also gave Goel the honor of cutting the ribbon as the first visitor to our all-new Subaru showroom! As an added bonus, we presented Make-A-Wish Illinois with a check for $40,000 as our Hometown Charity for the 2023 Share The Love Event! ABC 7 News was on hand so watch for our local news story!
We are all very proud to partner with Make-A-Wish to help grant the wishes of local kids like Goel and make a lasting impact on their families and the communities we serve.

La Grange Pet Parade
What a beautiful day we had for the 2023 LaGrange
Pet Parade! And once again, The Autobarn Subaru of Countryside was proud to
sponsor the incredible and always entertaining Jesse White Tumblers. Plus, this
year's Grand Marshall was Jesse White himself!!
The LaGrange Pet Parade raises funds for the non-profit Pet Parade Charities that not only benefits the Jesse White Tumblers, but also the South Shore Drill Team and Shriners groups. Even payments to team mascots such as Tommy Hawk of the Blackhawks are raised for the Blackhawks Foundation that gives to Chicagoland families.

Subaru Loves To Care
For the 5th consecutive year Autobarn Subaru made a special delivery to help support The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in our community. This year we delivered 80 blankets and 30 care kits to UChicago Medicine AdventHealth in Hinsdale. The Autobarn Subaru of Countryside brings the Subaru Love Promise to life in our community throughout the year.
Doing Our Part
We're proud to participate in the Subaru Love Promise Community Commitment. Throughout the year we make it a priority to show support to different organizations that help in the community. Whether it be donating blankets to children in the Health Cancer Institute in Hinsdale or raising money for the Make-A-Wish Illinois charity, we want to go above and beyond in our community. When everyone does their part, the world becomes a better place.
